Terms & Conditions

1. Booking will be confirmed on receipt of 50% advance payment only.
2. Balance Payment if any shall be settled one day before check-in.
3. Interest @18% p.a. shall be charged, if not paid before the due date.
4. Any other extras shall be billed separately.
5. Outside food and liquor, consumption is prohibited in the restaurant and other common areas of the Hotel.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

1. Reservations canceled/amended 15 days before check-in shall be exempt from cancellation charges.
2. There shall be no refunds for “no shows”, “early check-outs” or cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date.
3. Check-in time is 1300 Hours & check-out time is 1100 Hours.
4. Early check-In & late check-out is subject to the availability of rooms and on paying the applicable.

All major debit and credit cards are accepted via the payment gateway on our website.

Cards, UPI, Payment Wallets and Direct Bank Transfer.
Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled. In case of availability, we will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back.At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorize the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us. We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances or if the booking includes the supply of certain items or services.
